The 5th “Culinary Masters” event benefiting Project HOPE School Fo
undation will take place Sunday, May 22, 2011 in the spectacular Grand Ballroom at the exclusive and exquisite Balboa Bay Club & Resort in Newport Beach. Cocktail Reception will begin at 4:30 p.m., with ballroom doors opening at 6:00 p.m. This culinary extravaganza will offer guests a five to seven course gourmet meal paired with wines in an intimate setting with one of the top chefs in Southern California. The chefs design their own menu, atmosphere and have their restaurants’ waiters serve the table. The evening includes musical entertainment and an extraordinary upscale lifestyle auction. The “Meet the Chefs” cigar and chocolate martini party at Duke’s will finish out this incredible culinary fete.
