Project HOPE School Foundation's Spring Fundraiser

The 5th Annual "Culinary Masters" Event

The 5th annual "Culinary Masters" event, held in benefit of the Project HOPE School Foundation, took place on Sunday, May 22, 2011 in the spectacular Grand Ballroom at the exclusive Balboa Bay Club & Resort in Newport Beach.

The evening began with a Cocktail Reception at 4:30 p.m., with ballroom doors opening at 6:00 p.m. Guests were treated to a breathtaking five to seven course gourmet meal, each course expertly paired with fine wines, in an intimate setting alongside one of Southern California's top chefs.

Each participating chef designed their own menu and atmosphere, and brought their own restaurant's waitstaff to personally serve each table — creating a truly one-of-a-kind dining experience. The evening also featured:

• Live musical entertainment
• An extraordinary upscale lifestyle auction
• A "Meet the Chefs" after-party at Duke's, complete with cigars and chocolate martinis

It was an unforgettable evening that brought together the community in celebration of exceptional food, fine wine, and a cause worth supporting.
